A few useful things to know about your studio.
Open the studio, write a brief, and optionally add a reference. The model, format and credit cost are shown before you generate.
Open the studioKeep a result as the direction for a set, tick the formats you need, and build. Close-enough formats are free crops; the rest are priced before you start.
Your projectsAdd PixelAI as a connector in your assistant (the server address ends in /api/mcp), sign in and allow it. It can then plan a set from a product photo, show you the quote, build after you accept, and hand you the ZIP. Every charge still goes through a signed quote you accept.
Connected apps in SettingsCosts depend on the model, quality, size and count. The studio shows the exact estimate, and a failed item returns its share.
View usageProjects keep the brief, results and revisions together. Reuse settings from a past direction, or start from any image in your library.
Open your libraryNo. The studio recommends a route that fits your references and settings, and always shows which model it is. You can change it whenever you want more control.
Yes. Browse templates and write a brief in the studio. Sign in before uploading a reference or generating; what you typed stays in the studio while you do.
References guide the model, but details can change. Check the product's shape, lettering, colours and markings before you use an image. Exact copy and your logo are added as a finishing layer in a set, never redrawn.
Image tiles at 1080×1350, 1080×1080, 1080×1920, 1080×1920, 1000×1500, 1280×720, 1200×628, 1600×600, 2000×2000, 2048×2048 pixels, plus a short vertical clip. Formats close to the approved direction are free crops at the exact size; others are generated and priced before you build.
Approve the tiles you want, then export. You get one ZIP named after the project and formats, with PNG images and MP4 clips. Each tile can also be downloaded on its own.
Credits are reserved when a generation starts, at the price shown, and settled when it finishes. Subscriptions renew credits each period; top-ups never expire. Your usage page lists every charge and refund.
Yes. Every run is quoted by the server before you start, and that quote is what is charged, or nothing if the run fails. If a setting changes, the studio quotes again before it lets you generate; an out-of-date price can never be submitted.
Subscription credits reset to your plan's allowance each billing period. Top-up credits never expire and are spent after the subscription ones. There is no throttling or hidden speed tier: a queued job runs as soon as a slot is free, two at a time on every plan and four on Studio.
Monthly is the default. Yearly is one payment up front for twelve months at 20% off; the exact amount is shown on the card and again in the confirmation before you are charged. Either way, cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period and nothing is charged after that.
Clips are priced per second and shown before you start. Video is available from the Creator plan; Free and Lite are images and sets only.
A failed item returns its reserved credits automatically, and the other items in the same batch stay available. In a set, a failed tile can be retried on its own without touching the rest.
Jobs that lose contact with the provider are picked up again automatically within a few minutes. If a job still shows as running well after that, write to support with the task id from the result page.
Everything you make is private by default and served through short-lived links to you alone. Uploads are never published. Sharing to Explore is an explicit choice on each result.
Open Settings to manage your subscription. Pricing shows the current offers; renewal dates and remaining credits are in your account.
Use "Report a problem" on the result or the set tile and say what happened. A person reads every report, checks the ledger, and refunds when the product failed you. On a paid plan you get a reply within 24 hours.
Email support@pixelai.com with the task id or campaign in question, or report from the result itself. Paid plans get a reply from a person within 24 hours; Free gets an answer from the help pages and the community.
