PixelAi is an AI-powered creative platform that turns words or photos into original images. You can write a prompt, upload a reference photo (or do both), choose from multiple AI models and style presets, and generate high-resolution artwork in seconds.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use PixelAi to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Upload images of individuals without their consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Content Guidelines

For optimal results, provide prompts with clear descriptions and (optionally) high-quality reference images. Uploaded images should be JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP and no larger than 5 MB. We recommend at least 1024×1024 pixels for reference photos.

5. Intellectual Property

The transformed images generated by PixelAi are owned by you, the user. However, by using our service, you grant PixelAi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your original images for the purpose of providing our service. We do not claim ownership of your original uploaded images.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelAi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The quality and accuracy of transformations may vary depending on the input image and selected style.

7. Limitation of Liability

PixelAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
